  • Only Indian residents are eligible for the offers.
  • You will receive an incentive of Rs. 500, once your reffered clients Brokerage generated crosses Rs. 500 (in any segment). Life time validity applicable.
  • Once your referral opens an account and starts trading, you will receive 25% of all brokerage generated by referee. Lifetime validity applicable.
  • There is no time limit for account activation.
  • To get referral benefits, the referror must have placed at least one trade on Money Krishna Financial Services.
  • The offer is valid for all Money Krishna Financial Services clients.
  • Money Krishna Financial Service's Authorized Partners, Business Development Representatives are NOT ELIGIBLE for this offer.
  • This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Your referred client will not be deemed a genuine referral if they already exist in the Money Krishna Financial Services database as an existing client or potential client.
  • Brokerage commission earned would be visible on the Back Office platform.
  • Referral earnings of INR 100 or more may be withdrawn by the referrer.
  • Earnings will be credited to the referror's bank account, subject to TDS if applicable.
  • Every month on the 15th, the referral commission will be credited straight into your bank account.
  • Every end of the month, the brokerage commission will be credited straight into your bank account.
  • Each year, before March 31st, referrers must withdraw their referral bonuses. The rewards will expire if he doesn't comply.
  • The referrer will not be rewarded if a customer who has already registered uses a referral link to finish the account opening procedure later.
  • Individual Clients cannot recommend another non-individual account (such as HUF, Corporate, Partnership/LLP, Trust) using the same contact information as their own account.
  • The referrer will receive referral credits only if the referee uses the relevant referral link/code.
  • These rewards cannot be transferred to any family member or friends or any other person.
  • Participants shall not enter into any contracts or publish any marketing material/advertisement acting as Money Krishna Financial Services or as a referral agent of Money Krishna Financial Services after becoming eligible to receive any payment/payout from Money Krishna Financial Services. Participant knows that any marketing or advertising material published requires permission/intimation from the Exchanges. Without Money Krishna Financial Services's explicit permission, the participant will not and has not published any marketing material.
  • The terms and conditions of this offer may be changed at any moment without prior notice by Money Krishna Financial Services. All parties involved must abide by Money Krishna Financial Services final and binding decision on all issues pertaining to or connected with the usage of this offer. The same shall be intimated to the clients through our website and on the registered email address.
  • You acknowledge that the following actions are specifically forbidden: - Fraud, Attempted Fraud, or Misuse of the Money Krishna Financial Services Referral Offer or the Terms & Conditions. - Selling, Trading, Bartering, or giving your Invitee anything of value outside the referral rewards, or using your own programme invitations or Commission in any other way for marketing objectives.
    • Participate in activities that entail the possibility of awarding prizes like cash, medals, gifts, etc.
    • Any action or inaction that harms Money Krishna Financial Services in any form whatsoever in nature.
    • Any type of advertisement, no matter how it appears or how it is delivered. The term "advertisement" refers paid media promotions on offline & online mediums including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.
    • Any of the aforementioned actions will result in the initiation of legal and criminal proceedings against you and have the following effects:
      • Disqualification from the Referral Programme and immediate termination.
      • Existing referral invitations will be forfeited.
      • Accrued, but unpaid referral rewards will be forfeited.
  • The participants acknowledge having read and understood NSE circular NSE/INSP/43029 dated December 26, 2019. Any disagreement/grievance arising from this early access scheme cannot be referred to the Investor Grievance Panel at NSE and will be resolved between participants and Money Krishna Financial Services as stated in the above mentioned NSE Circular, and any such dispute should not be made public.
  • The participants accept that they, as well as Money Krishna Financial Services, are bound by the regulator's, exchange's, and other statutory and government laws and regulations.
  • The participants agree that they are participating at their own will, and no financial or investment advice has been provided to them by Money Krishna Financial Services or by anyone else.
